CARBON FRAME
The structural parts of the Tuca model, main frame and rear fork are made of carbon fiber, which offers a very good mechanic resistance and elasticity, and also much higher lightness than aluminium bike structures.
The rear fork joins to the main frame by means of a brand patented innovative suspension system. A double suspension mechanism formed by an articulated arm and a highly effective hydraulic suspension to absorb the irregularities of the road.
SAMSUNG BATTERY
The Tuca model is equipped with a 48V LG lithium battery with 15Ah/720Wh of charge capacity, giving it a riding range of over 60 km. It neatly fits under the frame and gets locked by key. It can be easily removed, transported and charged anywhere without needing bike to be nearby.
The charging system features an innovative BMS, which prevents the battery from overcharging and overheating and regulates the release of energy for greater efficiency and longer use.
250W MOTOR
The Tuca features the powerful Bafang. M600 250W mid motor, which can perform till 120Nm Torque. It has a factory-set power limitation to stop the bike from exceeding 25 km/h. By law, when the bike reaches this speed, the motor must stop providing assistance. A double speed and Torque PAS sensor controls the motor assistance depending on which of the help levels has been chosen.
It has a clutch system that allows the bike to roll without any resistance should the rider want to cycle without any help from the motor.
FRONT FORK SUSPENSION
The Tuca carobn e-MTB sets the high performance Rock Shox LYRIK YARI 29 42 0S front suspension. It perfectly absorbs the trail obstacles' energy through compression, making the riding experience safer and comfortable. The suspension sensitivity can be adjusted according to rider needs and path difficulties
REAR FORK SUSPENSION
The connection between the rear frame and the main frame consists of a double lower and upper articulated fastening, and a hydraulic shock absorber. It is a patented and highly effective mechanism that helps to absorb the movements and vibrations that the irregularities of the ground cause on the rear wheel, and that allows comfortly riding offroad.

How to turn on the headlight
After power on, hold the UP button for about 2 seconds, the headlight will turns on
How to engage CRUISE mode
After power on, keep riding your Quali e-bike(speed>7km/h), then hold the DOWN button for about 2 seconds, the CRUISE mode will engaged, press any button or use brake will exit CRUISE mode.
How to deal with 01_info
Check whether the throttle is pressed before power on, mostly will be pressed by display, keep them away from each other; disconnected the throttle, if 01_info disappear, that might be some failures with throttle, please connect info@qualisports.us
